Duties and Scope: 

• Assistant Fund Manager in buy and sell securities for fund under management.  

• Conduct securities, industries, and economics analyses.  

• Propose to Investment Committee to add pending securities to investment universe. 

• Assisting in allocating securities among funds under management. 

• Propose to Investment Committee for appropriate guidance for exercising voting rights at AGM and EGM for those invested securities as well as propose for appropriate actions on securities in approved stock list as the result of periodic financial review. 

• Exercise proxy voting rights on AGM and EGM as per Investment Committee resolution 

• Conduct periodic financial review on securities in approved stock list and propose appropriate course of action to Investment Committee for consideration 

• Handle other administrative affairs assigned by fund management supervisor. 

• Other related assignments 

• Maintain and observe company’s principles and norms and strictly follow the company’s policy 

Requirements: 

• We welcome new graduates and individuals with up to one year of work experience in asset management or securities management industry or related other work experience. 

• 25-30 years old is preferable. 

• Excellent Computer Literature. Ex. MS. Office, Bloomberg, Bonanza, VBA 

• Passed CFA or CISA level 1 or above is preferable.

System and Network Engineer (Full Time)  

Report to: IT Manager 

 

Duties and Scope: 

• Install, configure, and maintain network, servers, and computer systems.  

• Monitor systems’ performance and resolve issues as needed.  

• Create and maintain documentation of systems, configurations and manuals.  

• Develop and configure policies, guidelines, procedures to ensure system security and stability according to laws and regulations. 

• Develop and implement new systems and software to increase the efficiency and productivity of all departments of the Company. 

• Testing and evaluating new software and programs. 

• Training users. 

• Co-ordinate with internal departments and outsource to complete tasks and projects. 

• Develop project plans, tracking progress, project communication and issue resolving and define project schedules to plan and coordinate project activity. 

• Managing Domain Controller of company domain. 

• Configure / maintenance network firewall, network switch, access point, router. 

 

Requirements: 

• Thai nationality. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer engineer or related field. 

• New graduates are welcome. 

• Must have knowledge and experience in UNIX, Linux, Windows system, database systems including  

        PowerShell, Hyper-V, VMWare, MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PhpMyAdmin and etc. 

• Any knowledge of coding skills and website development. 

• Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies. 

• Knowledge of IT Security. 

• Knowledge of Cloud System. 

• The ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Research Division Manager (Full Time, 1 position)

 

Duties and Scope:

• Help building research and analyst team for a fund to aim for high performance in trading.
• Manager Research Team for Buy side mutual fund.
• Conduct securities, industries, and economics analyses and produce related documents.
• Propose to Investment Committee to add pending securities to investment universe.
• Conduct periodic financial review on securities in approved stock list and propose appropriate course of action to Investment Committee for consideration.
• Supervise and ensure proper working activities of research analyst in accordance with company rules and governed laws and regulations.
• Handle other administrative affairs assigned by fund management supervisor.
• Other related assignments.

Requirements:

• Have experiences in studying or making financial forecasts of stocks (foreign market or SET) at least 50 stocks.
• Understand the principle of value investment and understand major theories in Value Investing of Benjamin Graham, Peter Lynch,Warren Buffet, Bill Ackman, and other value investors.
• Deep knowledge in business research and scuttlebutt approach.
• Possessing an Investment Analyst License is preferable.
